MotherWell Circle

A well to draw from when you need community, connection, and nourishment wherever you are in your motherhood journey.

Motherhood asks a lot of us.

And throughout the different seasons of motherhood, what we need changes. Sometimes we need a place to laugh with other women. Sometimes we need someone to remind us we're not the only ones feeling this way. Sometimes we need a good conversation, a new perspective, a little inspiration, or simply somewhere to go where we don't have to be anything other than ourselves. That's what MotherWell is - a well you can draw from.

A place to come when you need your village. A place to gather with other women, fill your cup, share what's on your heart, learn something new, and leave feeling a little more connected than when you arrived.

we believe

Motherhood is yours.

No one can do motherhood for you. No one else can know exactly what it feels like to be your child's mother, to live inside your particular family, or to move through the seasons that are uniquely yours. Motherhood is deeply personal, and there is something really beautiful about that. We learn our children, we learn ourselves, we make our own decisions, trust our instincts, change our minds, and find our way through each season as it comes.

But being independent doesn't mean we have to be isolated. There are moments when we want other women around us. When we need someone who understands without needing the whole backstory, when we want to talk something through, hear another perspective, laugh about the absurdity of motherhood, or simply sit in a room with women who get it. We don't need other women to do motherhood for us. We need connection, sisterhood, and understanding when we need it.

That's what a village can be. Not a place that tells you how to mother, takes away your independence, or expects you to show up a certain way. Just a place to turn to when you want connection, conversation, support, or a little nourishment for yourself. A place where you can draw from the experiences and wisdom of other women, and maybe offer a little of your own when the time is right.

MotherWell is that place. A well to draw from when you need it.

One Circle. One Village Call. Every Month.

MotherWell is intentionally simple. Each month, we come together for one MotherWell Circle and one MotherWell Village Conversation, creating two different opportunities to draw from the Well depending on what you need.

The MotherWell Circle is our monthly space to come together as women and talk about the things that matter to us in the different seasons of motherhood. It's a chance to step away from the constant doing and have real conversations, connect with other women, reflect on where you are, and simply have space to be. These conversations are meant to nourish you mentally and emotionally, while reminding you that while motherhood is yours to experience, you don't have to navigate every season without connection, sisterhood, and understanding.

The MotherWell Village Conversation is our monthly opportunity to bring the larger Modern Moms Village into MotherWell. Each month, we'll highlight one of our providers and create space to learn about a different area of wellness that can support you and your family. We'll talk about mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, energetic, and communal health, and the different resources, modalities, and perspectives that are available to you.

These calls aren't about telling you what you should do or giving you another list of things to add to your plate. They're about helping you become more informed, so when a decision needs to be made for yourself or your family, you have a stronger foundation to make it from. Sometimes that means learning something new. Sometimes it means discovering a resource you didn't know existed. It's an opportunity and a gift knowing that you have options.

MotherWell is here to give you somewhere to draw from, both for the woman you are and for the family you're building.

Two Ways to Draw from The Well

MotherWell was created to support the woman within motherhood while also giving her access to the knowledge, resources, and perspectives she desires to support her family.

Nourish Yourself

The MotherWell Circle is a space for you. A place to step out of the constant doing and spend time with other women who are navigating their own seasons of motherhood. Each month, we create space for honest conversation, reflection, connection, and the things we don't always have time to talk about in our everyday lives. It's an opportunity to feel seen, understood, supported, and reminded that you are a whole person outside of everything you do for everyone else. The Circle is about nourishing you mentally and emotionally, creating space to reconnect with yourself, and having a community to draw from when you need it.

Support Your Family

The MotherWell Village Conversation connects you with the larger village of providers within The Modern Moms Village. Each month, you'll learn from someone with knowledge and experience in a different area of holistic family wellness, from mental and emotional health to physical, spiritual, energetic, and communal health. The goal isn't to tell you what you should do or give you another set of rules to follow. It's to introduce you to different ways of thinking, different modalities, and resources you may not know are available so that when something comes up for you or your family, you have a stronger foundation to make decisions from. You get to decide what feels right for your family.

Stay Connected!

A little something from the village, delivered to your inbox.

Our newsletter is a handwritten love letter from Amanda, along with the providers and women who make up our village. We'll share what's happening inside MotherWell, including each month's Women's Circle theme, little snippets and sneak peeks from our conversations, thoughtful resources, upcoming events, and introductions to the people and providers who make up our community.

Think of it as a little note from your village to remind you what's happening, what's coming up, and maybe give you something to think about along the way.
